Garages of America Expansion

Garages of America is continuing its rapid expansion across North Texas, announcing plans for a new luxury garage condominium development in Colleyville, its first project in Tarrant County.

The new development will encompass more than 92,000 square feet across four buildings and feature 47 individually owned garage suites, seven flex spaces, and two retail spaces. Designed for automotive enthusiasts, the units can be customized as collector car storage, private showrooms, workshops, offices, or personal retreats.

"This project represents an exciting expansion for Garages of America," said co-founder Jack Griffin. "Colleyville is an ideal location for our business model and luxury experience for our future owners. This is much more than a place to store vehicles. It is a destination created for automotive enthusiasts and people who want a secure, private and customizable space to enjoy their passions."

The Colleyville project builds on the company's growing presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, where it is also developing a new location in Garland and expanding its sold-out community in Carrollton.

Garages of America is part of a broader trend reshaping automotive real estate. Across the country, developers are moving beyond traditional storage facilities to create ownership opportunities that combine secure vehicle storage with flexible lifestyle space. These garage condominiums increasingly serve as clubhouses, entertainment venues, workspaces, and private collections for enthusiasts, reflecting growing demand for automotive-focused real estate in high-growth markets like North Texas.
